We made a booking via Agoda. We looked at reviews and the first couple were ok. There was no mention of this pub being open 24 hours or there being a night club that started at 11pm going to 2:30 or possibly 4am in the morning. Once the music started, around 11pm, just as we'd turned the lights out, we looked at other reviews, the reviews after the first 2 or 3 repeatedly say that they were exposed to loud nightclub music and they asked to be moved. Staff have been friendly and very helpful. Room is very big and the location is in the centre of town
The room was nice and cosy, perfect for a short stop over, everything was clean.
The hotel was good to stay, but my personal experience was not up to the mark with their service. I requested for a tax invoice several times, they were not able to provide that, even they do not answer my question properly. The only answer was "I don't know" from the staff-desk, which was fraustrating. How do they operate the system when they do not know how to provide a tax invoice to their customer? Terrific !!!
