Never before has there been a worse contractor. Not just Shoddy workmanship, (he hires day labor that does not know how to roof) dozens of broken promises. But the worst part is Cody Oakes the owner. He never paid the building supplier for the shingles, EVEN THOUGH we paid him-TWICE for them. He simply kept the money and now there is a lien on my house from the supplier. He lies, he cheats, he is fundamentally dishonest. He changes names of the company to keep one step ahead and owes the supplier 6 figures in unpaid material... read more
Put a roof on my house in March of 2019 but never paid there bill to the roofing supplier so now I have a $4000.oo lien on my house. Getting ready to sell home so I am going to have to pay off the lien and then hire a lawyer to get my money back from Orange Roofing. Avoid them they are trouble.
