I cannot recommend Orange Restoration Lab enough. They meticulously and beautifully preserved my wedding dress, headpiece, and veil. I highly recommend their work for any cleaning and preservation needs.
Orange Restoration Labs saved my dream dress. I purchased a very delicate vintage Christian Dior silk dress that desperately needed restoration for my wedding. The outcome was beyond my expectations — the dress was restored, mended, and photographed beautifully. Communication and professionalism were excellent and they treated my concerns and aesthetic considerations with the utmost regard.
The quality of restoration for my 80’s wedding gown was flawless. I would confidently trust them with precious or irreplaceable pieces and delicate fabrics. Ernst was always very friendly and accommodating, providing discounts for return customers. The pricing seemed fair and in line with the average. Thank you !
Only sent my mum’s wedding gown here because I seen it on “The Knot” & it had such great reviews. However I had an overall poor experience. Such poor customer service, literally appalling. Had the audacity to charge more than the dress was worth, at a whopping $790+ for a “heavily soiled” gown (the only restoration I needed was to make the aged dress white again, no tears, rips, or major staining), but I obliged because I needed my mother’s wedding gown professionally cleaned.
