Only sent my mum’s wedding gown here because I seen it on “The Knot” & it had such great reviews. However I had an overall poor experience. Such poor customer service, literally appalling. Had the audacity to charge more than the dress was worth, at a whopping $790+ for a “heavily soiled” gown (the only restoration I needed was to make the aged dress white again, no tears, rips, or major staining), but I obliged because I needed my mother’s wedding gown professionally cleaned. So professional and did a great job preserving my daughters wedding dress. Their whole facility is ran so well!
I went to pick up my boss’ daughter’s wedding dress today. A gentleman named Ernst helped me, he was so sweet, very helpful and incredibly generous. He helped me carry the dress out and gave me two gift cards as a thank you. I would definitely recommend!
I highly recommend this company! If you want your gown to last through time then this is the business. My gown was preserved over 30 years ago by Orange Restoration Labs and mostly stored under our stairs. My daughter is ready to wear it so we dragged it out. When we removed the outer box and I could see my dress through the window in the inner box I was shocked at how white and perfect the beading and fabric looked, but was dubious about the rest of it. I took my vintage pieces here, and they did such an amazing job restoring it! The customer service was amazing. Highly recommend them!
