Defrauded our insurance company for emergency work. Billed for 18 hours of work when in reality 2 employees came out for 2 hours. Deliberately deceptive website which inflates their Google Rating as well as being BBB Accredited (THEY ARE NOT). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY PROJECT. WILL TRY TO DEFRAUD YOU!
We had branches on our kitchen roof after the recent wind storms. Our insurance company recommended Orange for branch removal from our house. They showed up right away, got the branches off the roof without damaging anything else, cleaned up the wood and were out of here in less than 2 hours. Very pleased with their performance.
Orange Restoration is by far the most UN-professonial company I have witnessed in 30+years of business. The F.t Myers office contacted me on Saturday, inquiring about my time to help them measure properties shortly after the devastation from hurricane Ian. Sunday, the next day, I reschedule my work week to assist, so they sent me 3-clients contact information; I call all 3 immediately, and all 3 asked me as of why I was contacted them because OR had already been out to their house.
