I am incredibly disappointed with the treatment I received from Wendy Cohen, my former therapist. I had to cancel my appointment last minute because my puppy accidentally ingested medication, and I had to rush her to the ER. While I understand therapists have cancellation policies, Wendy never once mentioned that she only allows two cancellations.
