Living there was fine, not great neighbors and awful management but alright for the price. Lived there for my whole first year with a broken dishwasher and shower head before maintenance finally got around to fixing them. Last month living there was charged the full months rent for 19 days. Will charge over the entirety of your security deposit for things that were already cleaned. Would not rent here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Had constant flooding in the lower levels and bad heating in the winter.
Place wasn’t bad but you might as well not even clean or do anything on the checklist before you move out because they will just do it all again and charge you crazy amounts for it.
Great at being available and easy to contact. More involved and understanding. Friendly. Making excellent improvements.
