Lousy. Raising rent constantly. Very Neglectful with maintenance. Nothing like trapping people in lease and setting them up to possibly not be able to pay and then end up not living anywhere.
Orange has treated me very well as a tenant in a lower income apt building . I see them being very reasonable to people who might treat them a little unreasonable in their requests . Glad to Have them as Property Mngr. they are the best I've had in the 10 years living at my Apt .
I rented a couple properties from them, the last house i I was at about a year and a half and I'm coming up on 5 years at my current house. Over the years they have been extremely helpful when it came to maintenance work, they've worked with me a few times on some late rent payments, and Stephanie at the office is amazing! Oh and I actually got my deposit back from my previous house, just wanted to include that because I've heard horror stories about people not getting anything back even though they left the house in squeaky... read more
