72 Arlington ave Jersey City. Very deceitful management company. Rented top floor unit with deck, and deck was ripped out as soon as the lease was signed, months into the lease the fire department came and said anyone found on the roof will be charged a fine. Roof leaks any time it rains. Hidden water bill was reported to my credit for months.. stay away from this building at all costs.
I lived at 61 Park Ave. For 1 1/2 years. When I 1st moved in, it was decent. 1 year later it's gone to HELL! I can't get out fast enough! Consideri
The worst ppl to rent from. They will never fix anything try to overcharge you so please keep up with your rent and keep your receipts. Their apartments on 61 park Ave Paterson nj are roach and rat infested 🤮 so happy that I moved it’s was a nightmare wouldn’t recommend to anybody. The don’t clean the building don’t take garbage ppl that doesn’t live there are doing illegal thing in that building. DONT RENT WITH THIS PEOPLE
Worst management ever seen. They doesn’t even respond to the tickets raised without any resolution they will be closing the tickets
