Orange Property Management is a great company! They managed a rental property for me for three years and took care of all of the issues that came up professionally and in a timely manner. I'm just a "little guy" with one rental property, but I feel like I'm Orange's most important client. They're proactive and responsive and have a fair fee structure. Like many others, I bought a property for a child student to have roommates offset college costs becoming a rather "accidental" landlord. But with OPM's fair fees and helpfulness, I'm considering additional properties to be an intentional one.
