This is only relating to the application process. We are not owners or tenants that used this firm. We were very transparent about our intentions but OPM did not reciprocate our transparency. There were more applications than ours submitted on the property and this was not disclosed to us. Had it been, we would not have submitted an application. As a renter, OPM is by far the best property management company I have worked with in Clemson! I have rented from several companies in the area, and OPM by far is the most organized, polite, and professional.
