Sept.20th,2018 Bob is the real deal. I had him come over to rebuild a hot and cold water faucet in my garage that had been giving us trouble with leaking. He pointed out that I just had a backflow valve problem and that in order to solve the the problem all he needed to do was to rework the valve instead of replacing the whole faucet.
