I was referred to Dr. Koops by the VA. This is literally the best place in Cleveland to go to for dentistry! I WILL NOT be going anywhere else! They are kind. They will give you a blanket. Dr. Koops is so gentle. They don’t seem to ever have a bad day. If you are fearful of the dentist, this is the right place! I’m not even kidding!
I have been a patient of this practice for many years and have always received excellent dental care. I am treated with kindness and respect and never felt the staff minimized my anxiety related to the dental treatment I had to undergo. I am now choosing to write a review because yesterday I lost a filling and had to leave town in a few days. The practice is closed on Fridays.
