Came out promptly the first time for the estimate and got a good estimate but they fell through from there. They kept saying the would contact me and never did. Finally they said they would schedule it for a date and then they fell through again without reaching out and said they couldn’t do the job. Not an organized or professional organization. They may appear professional but I’d say they’re just 2 guys and a truck that are doing it by the seat of their pants. Wouldn’t even bother calling them.
Did an excellent job on the trees. In that aspect they are very experienced. BUT they trashed my yard. Did a so-so job at filling the ditches made by the bobcat, but broke slabs and bricks and made digs around my fire pit area and pathway. Crew of nice guys, just wish they would have given me warning or been more careful. Should have told me to wait for the ground to dry up before starting the job. Professional and friendly. Thank you for a job well done. Removed a large oak tree that was hanging over my house, very impressed from start to finish.
Very friendly visit service. Shortly after my call, Mr. Tom came out and gave me a quick low estimate, the next day their crew arrived and got the job done! Very impressed will recommend to anyone who needs a tree removed!
