What I appreciate the most is that they’re a small, friendly family business. You can feel the warmth and how genuine doctor Ed and his receptionist Kelli are and the care they give to each one of their patients. I would highly recommend orange park smile to anyone searching for a new dentist.

I had terrible experience with the Orange Park Smile office. I came there for my three back teeth fillings two months ago. I did not have cavities; the old fillings fell off. Dentist Ed Fawaz with 35 years experience pushed me to do the front tooth# 8 which had a very small chip. I told him” I’m happy with it, I have it when I was a kid” many times. Third visit as I am still getting aquatinted with staff, dentist and quality of services. Lobby waiting room is clean and comfortable with TV and artwork. Love the Marilyn Monroe painting practically life size. Doctor reviewed her evaluation clearly and answered my questions. The assistant that did the cleaning did a great job. My teeth need the extra detail and I was pleased and she was knowledgeable and answered questions. The office manager Fabiola I believe, was professional friendly and efficient. Needed to find a new dentist close to home. First visit could not have been a more positive experience. Dr. Licauco and staff were friendly and professional, immediately put me at ease. Clearly answered all of my questions including insurance concerns. So glad I gave them a try, will certainly be going back.
