Will be moving there late summer! Nice clean facility, although have not seen entire place.. I'm scheduling a tour so I can see entire facility.
Went by here to see about an apartment. Place is on the run downside. None of the fire extinguishers have been checked since last time Cintas did them. They should be checked monthly and signed off. Fire sprinklers are to close to walls. Hallways overcrowded with plants and other items. Only 4 washer and 4 driers for 40+ apartments. Parking is bad. No security for being a senior living center. Great area well kept buildings w/nice Floorplans. 99% of neighbors are kind & thoughtful. Felt welcome immediately upon moving in. Great management. Always ready to listen. All issues are fixed quickly. Shopping only a short walk away. Overall OPH is a good place to call Home.
Love this place SO MUCH!! We’ve only been here one month, but it’s been the best month I’ve had in the last 30 years! Everyone is SO NICE & FRIENDLY!! Not at all like the place we’ve been “living” (that’s an OVERstatement!) The apartment we rent here is much, much smaller than we had. I came here about five years ago and love this area. My husband and I sold our home and planned to rent temporarily, but ended up staying, as it ended up being the better option. Management is very friendly and helpful. We have had no neighbor problems. Facilities are nice and parking is not a problem. There is a small market, dry cleaner, liquor store, nail salon, coffee store, etc within a very short walking distance.
