No customet service. Half the machines weren't cold enough to freeze or didnt work at all.

Out of half (if not more) flavors and the kid at the register obviously did not care a lick about his job. He barely looked up from his phone to ring me out. Disappointed as I remember loving the froyo - back when they had it and toppings actually stocked.
This place is disgusting! It was so hot, the chocolate chips were melting. Most of the flavors were not working. SOOOOOOO dirty. Food all over everything and the bathroom was beyond gross. My son lifted the seat, and at only 6 years old, said “Ewwww!!! They need to clean this!!!!” He also had urine rain down on his legs and shoes when he lifted the seat. Kid working there was doing literally nothing, so not sure why he couldn’t at least lightly clean. Will NEVER go here again.
