Really disappointing... 6 out of 14 flavors not working at all, 4 of those were completely empty not in use. The girl behind the counter spent our entire 20 minute visit on her phone relaxing in her chair wearing pajama pants. The topping table was incredibly empty and there was only 4 other customers in the store during our visit here. I'm really surprised they are still in business.
I love that you pay by the cup and not by weight. They have a good selection of flavors and toppings. I love that they support local schools by giving kids free froyo for academic achievements!
Store was closed when their posted hours said they were open. Upon returning a second time, the store was open. The frozen yogurt, however, was very watery and 7 of the dispensers were empty. Worst frozen yogurt I've ever had and price was the high end.
One girl was sitting on a stool behind the counter on her phone another one reading a magazine. Four of the machines were empty. No napkins. I asked them to put napkins in the holder, they never moved. Melted yogurt was coming out of one machine. Comment was we have a lot of problems with that machine. Will never go back!!
