Terrible experience. Still pretty salty you refused to allow my 4 year old daughter to get some frozen yogurt during Covid for not having on a mask. I offered to purchase a stupid mask from you. You told me to go buy a mask from down the street. lol crazy times I’ll never forget that Experience. Walked right over to cold stone and they served us without a problem
We had an amazing time, my friend and I both got cups and the froyo and toppings were so awesome, I got a second cup. The most memorable part was definitely the customer service! Shout out to Carly and Shelby, they were funny and personable, we literally loved them. We usually go to a farther froyo place, but on our first visit we’ve definitely been convinced to come back again.

Gross the store just feels dirty. The employee stands behind the counter doing nothing. Literally their job is nothing and then they have a tip button for doing absolutely nothing. What’s that about? you’re bored employees should learn how to clean.
