I had yogurt come out runny. I also had already put one flavor in the cup. I told the worker. She told me that was the way yogurt comes out. I said no. I have bringing my grandkids there several times a month. I had handed her the cup to show the runny yogurt and she said that was the way it is and do you want your cup back. I said if it couldn't be worked out then forget. My husband, daughter, and 2 grandchildren were getting yogurt. The manager came out and the worker said to her that a customer wasn't happy. If I could give a negative rating I would. The store was dirty, toppings mixed together. But the worse part is while we were eating the employee sat up on the counter barefoot.
