Please educate your staff about what products have dairy. The lady working tonight in the orange sweater, argued with me that the original Julius is dairy free. It is not at all. She was kind and did make me a sparkler when she saw she was wrong but to avoid future incidents pls educate your staff!
DONT ORDER AT THE CALGARY WESTBROOK LOCATION... total ripoff!! I ordered a hot dog with ketchup, mustard, relish and CHEESE. There was no CHEESE on it. When I reminded the lady behind the counter that I ordered CHEESE... ...she said... "It melted". Wow! I left the hot dog with her and walked away. I have had many Orange Julius hot dogs with CHEESE... so not impressed I won't be back. They have incredibly slow service
Make sure to keep an eye on what you are being charged. I have been overcharged more then 3 times now.
Even though I was a customer in the food court the RUDE cleaning staff, would not allow me to use the wash room. Please understand this review is only due to the cleaning staff.
