Very nice and courteous
Awful customer service. Had a voucher for a free lunch and they refused to give me the meal, but only the ice cream that went with it. Were no help whatsoever. I will stick to the other dining options here in Middlefield. Or just stay in Chardon. Disappointed.
Usually a nice place to relax. Food not healthy here, but tasty
