Orange Julius used to be great a couple of years ago, but I decided to try them again after a long time because it’s been a while. But I’m not going to lie, my mom ordered an orange juice, and it tasted horrible, like it was sitting outside for a whole day at room temperature. I ordered a pineapple mango smoothie, and I swear I could hardly even taste the pineapple; I tasted bananas more than anything. Overall, it’s sad to see this place go down after being here for so many years, but it’s just not the same anymore.

July 1 2025 1:45 Waited in line for 10 minutes had two other customers behind me. Never saw an employee. Tried calling three times no answer. No button to push to let them know you are even there. Maybe the employee shouldn’t just sit out back and play on their phones maybe make a stronger policy about employees being out front. Have a bell something. I didn't rate the food because I didn't get any. We stood in line for smoothies. The employeee was on their phone talking with someone using a wired headset. She had a I don't want to work, unpleasant face going on with a little bit of attitude. It's 3:57pm 5/31 and she is the shorter of the 2 employees. Anyway, we walked away and were figuring how clean is this place? If she doesn't want to wait on customers I'm sure she doesn't want to clean the equipment.
