Update, reached out to the website that was in their response. It goes to a blank page so I tried googling and there’s a similar address I sent in a message and receiving an email back thanking me for my feedback. ☹️ Wow, my child purchased a drink a smoothie and was charged $9.20. I was shocked when she brought home the receipt and looked up the menu to find that it should’ve been $8.20. Thought the service was just fine, I hadn't had an Orange Julius for many years I thought it would be great to pick one up. I was very disappointed that the recipe changed it was probably decades ago but it definitely has changed tastes like watered down orange juice to me.
I promised my son that we could enjoy a smoothie from here. we went up at about 7:30 pm and the young blonde girl working said "we are closing, sorry." so my son and I left to go to McDonald's for ice cream instead. I look online to find out they don't actually close until 8 PM. I called the manager the next day who not only defended the employee, but no offers for a free smoothie, which is fine and I didn't expect it but to not only defended a bad employee but just wish I come in again? screw that. goodbye Orange Julius. we... read more
The girl working tonight (2/26/26 @6:20pm) is RUDE. Very snarky. I’ve been here twice and she has attitude when asking the difference in a Julius and a smoothie. She WORKS here. It’s part of her job to be nice to customers. Adding too that the copy and paste responses from the “guest relations” is insane. I won’t be back because it seems that workers are just allowed to be rude to customers here. I work customer service jobs and this is how businesses go out of business.
