Staff do not know how to redeem mall gift cards despite two attempts. I also scanned the QR code on the back of the gift card to show the staff on my phone that there was money on the card and they still did not know how to process it. They either need to update their system or train staff better. Alternatively, they can flat out refuse gift cards upfront instead of implying there was no balance on the card and wasting people’s time. I went over because there was no line & the lady rang me through & when she gave me my receipt/change, she also gave me my drink?? I never heard a blender & was very confused because no one was moving around/making drinks. I look to the right where the ice chest thing is & see it full of pre-made smoothies. The best looking cup of Orange Julias I've ever seen at the mall ! I dont order anything else except the original "Orange Julius" drink. Nothing to complain about that. Its refreshing, light and foamy with a bit of sweetness.
I was here buying juice, as a Pilipino, Shane gave me a look when I said if I could buy something, she was just cleaning but didn’t like it being disturbed.
