We paid for a large orange julius and it was too sweet. We asked them to remake it less sweet but they didn’t do anything except adding water, and the drink became a watered down orange mess. We had scanned a qr code on a sign that said “complete this survey and get a free small original julius.” This was a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Had overpriced orange julius. Then it was too sweet. Tried to get them to remake it but they refused saying it was a syrup issue. Lame. Worker was extremely non customer service.
Not blaming the 1 worker but you can count on this place to be out of everything except hot dogs and smoothies. Came here almost everyday for the week I was here and was never able to order a misty freeze. Always out of either the slushy mix, ice cream or just unable to make it. If you're looking for an average hot dog, look no further. If you're looking for ice cream, this isn't the place.
OMG kinda expensive but oh so good!
OMG $8 for a small Orange Julius? I know it's Hawaii but come on.
