Well not very good go into the mall at about 5:30. Really wanting hot dogs go to order and told there's only one hot dog. What kind of service is that at dinner time Then, you have a girl working with nothing But attitude and rude, it really makes me think twice about wanting to return.
Worst location in the city avoid at all costs food gross staff terrible extremely unhelpful when I asked to speak to manager Would not give me a name or number to owner . I left my number and asked owner to call me never did. I called head office. The head office was very apologetic and helpful they also mentioned they would have owner call me. Nope!!!
Don’t care that there are customers waiting attitude by front counter staff. Stopped to text rather than taking order.
Came 15 minutes before close(I know, hate to be THAT guy), but she said they were closed, and they had "no drinks". I understand that you probably started your closing clean up early and didn't want to have to clean the machine again, but that's not very good customer service. I hope to change this review in the future.
