Don’t care that there are customers waiting attitude by front counter staff. Stopped to text rather than taking order.
Came 15 minutes before close(I know, hate to be THAT guy), but she said they were closed, and they had "no drinks". I understand that you probably started your closing clean up early and didn't want to have to clean the machine again, but that's not very good customer service. I hope to change this review in the future.
I have only been here once, but had a pretty decent experience overall. My Orange Julius' shake turned out to be very tasty, cold, and refreshing. The service was prompt and friendly. And my order came exactly as I asked for it to be. It's too bad that the Dairy Queen attached to this location is not a "restaurant" (ie. No burgers, chicken tenders, etc.), but they do have hot dogs 🌭
