Went there June 8, 2018 with my 16 month old. Stood there for 10 minutes and watched 3 high school age kids talking and joking in the back area. When I asked if someone could help me, I was told they were each busy making food. If it takes 3 of your employees to make 1 sandwich you need to retrain them. Especially in customer service I walked away and I won’t be back.

We were trying to “recycle” the 32 ounce juice cartons they use for smoothies for a CUB SCOUT project, after collecting 12 cartons, we needed 30, their female assistant manager said we could not call to collect the cartons anymore—said it was harassment. To their own admittance they are not busy, so taking a few phone calls is harassment? Wow, better to recycle for a Scout project than just throw in the trash????? A few workers are nice, overall management and assistant very rude. Will NEVER buy anything here again.
Really, Not doing Miracle Treat Day and then telling your customers that you do??? Shame on you! I will never come to your location and I tell everyone to stay away. This year, your manager informed me that only 1 DQ, in our area was doing it, which is false. Anything to make a dollar. Shame Shame Shame!
