On 3 /14/2020 at 3pm we had an outing at the mall. People are acting crazy with Covid outbreak and I understand we need to take our measures but your DQ employee Jackie was the rudest server ever and really needs to be away from any customer service dealing as she has no experience. My sister and I visited today, 1/30/15, and ordered a club sandwich combo for each of us. There were four young men working and we were the only customers ordering at the time. I have to admit, I have never had a worse club sandwitch. At first they had only meat, cheese and mustard on them. I took them back and asked for the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon & etc. be added.
