I just waited for 5 minutes for the guy working here to take our order but he was standing in the back corner on his phone. He made eye contact several times but neglected to acknowledge us standing there. All I wanted was I've cream. But his personal break time wad more important. Well, heading back to my job where I actually work on the clock.
I usually like this location, but the other day I went to try the new bbq chicken tenders and when I got them the fries were burnt and the chicken looked like it was thrown around and was broken apart. The presentation made me sick, it was not edible. I probably will not be ordering food through the drive thru at this location anymore.
In line for over 30 minutes to get to the register at 8:02 & be denied a chili dog because you stop serving hot food @ 8 & you didn't want to get it from the back?! Wow. Exceptionally terrible customer service. Will not be back.
