I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. 1. Poor Communication – The owner or agent only contacted me via email and didn't bother to call until six days after I initially reached out. Even then, getting a hold of him was a struggle. 2. Lack of Transparency – He provided me with an insurance policy without even discussing my needs or preferences.
