I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. 1. Poor Communication – The owner or agent only contacted me via email and didn't bother to call until six days after I initially reached out. Even then, getting a hold of him was a struggle. 2. Lack of Transparency – He provided me with an insurance policy without even discussing my needs or preferences. Ron was a pleasure to work with.. I started an inquiry with State Farm prior to reaching out to Orange Insurance. I was thinking that as a larger company than Orange, i kind of thought maybe things would be more simplified and less hassle for NEW potential clients.. Boy was i wrong!
