Guy came out per dishwasher service call from our home warranty service. Barely did anything, said he needed to order a part, collected his fee and ghosted us after a few days. Had another company come in an finish the repair.

I sure miss Orange. Perfect Home Service - BEWARE. They are scammers. My heat quit working (AC was working fine) - they came out - bad controller board. New board came in - a different tech comes out to install it. Heat was fixed - but eh AC was now not working. Tech stated I had a bad wi-fi thermostat. hmm - what are the odds. He then tries to sell me 1 of their w-fi thermostats. $700. Insanity. I get on Amazon and order a new 1 - $99. Install it - same thing: heat works and no AC. This is no longer the business Jim and his team ran, it was puchased by a much larger company and they are horrible on the customers service side and I would not recommed them

I gave an extra star because they were very nice. Orange Home was bought by another air conditioner company. They quoted us $5000 just to fix our air conditioner and tried to sell us a new one for $10,000-12,000. Very sale-sy approach. We got a hold of our original air conditioner guys and they fixed it for $165 and said that even though our air conditioner is old, it still has a lot of life in it. They suggested we wait to get a new one because they didn't see a reason yet. That is a huge difference.

We LOVED Orange... Perfect Home Service, who bought them out doesn't even come close, BAD Experience! Called to get a quote and was told the process would be 60-90 minutes. Sales guy showed up laying on his tacky sales approach like a used car salesman for an hour. He presented us numbers that came in $2,500 more than another quote we had got for lesser equipment.
