Really A Great Place My boyfriend surprised me with this for this past Valentine's Day. It was the most perfect place and romantic evening for the two of us. The menu was special for Valentine's Day and everything we ordered was so good. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and a great view of the lights down below. Great View If you want dinner with a view and atmosphere is important, then this is the place for you. Great for a special night with your spouse or significant other.
Great view, not much else I took my girlfriend to Orange Hill on Valentine's day and I don't know if it was my timing but the service was awful. The waitress seemed to have next to no knowledge of the menu. When we asked for tea she said they had two kinds. My girlfriend decided on Earl Grey. As it was brought out to us the table next to us was able to choose out of the large tea selection, and we weren't even given any sugar or milk. So worth it The restaurant sits on top of the hills of Orange with beautiful views from Orange County to Catalina Island. Large, cozy, cascading waterfalls and koi ponds. Serves dinner daily, but the Sunday Brunch is my all time favorite. It's pricy about $30. per person.
Dinner with a view The drive up to Orange Hill gets you jumpy and nervous, perhaps scared out of your wits. It's a narrow road, along a steep hill. But when you arrive at the door, the trip up is well worth it. The restaurant is gorgeous, with soft lights shining and cozy fireplaces to toast your toes by.
