Fantastic! I did not catch the doctor or receptionists names, but the nurses name was Sue. All three staff members were great! I walked in with a face injury and horrible anxiety about the injury, the blood, and the possibility of stitches. The whole team worked together to ensure everyone was gentle, kind and spoke to me about anything but my injury. All 3 staff members kept me laughing and talking, which was exactly what I needed to get through. They provided me with only the necessary info that I needed. Great service for... read more
Unacceptable long wait in Emergency services . No Nurses able to provide proper support even doctor not available on time if patient suffering hard time. just waiting and waiting this is the reality of Orange Emergency services.
Really great service by wonderful people doing a hard job, in a very professional and caring manner. Terrific people work there looking after us, and I really do appreciate everything they did to help me.
Explain to me how it is morally, professionally and medically okay to DELIBERATELY make a pregnant woman who is suspected of having appendicitis, wait in the emergency for 9 hours before they even see her?!? No issue with talking about putting her under the knife without 100% confirmation. But won’t give her medical help FOR 9 HOURS!!!!!!! Everyone should have their licenses removed immediately
Outstanding. Quick thorough triage and admission. Very helpful kind competent staff. Judith Krohn However - re-admitted following day with new serious problem: nurses on strike (some) and "we have no beds" so I had to try and sit on a chair for 14 hours as could not lie down with haemorrhaging, as no beds available. Distressing. Admitted finally late at night.
