Some of the staff are rude, arrogant and raise their voice without warrant.... Staff need to have more understanding and compassion. Staff should explain things in the right tone,especially when you have a family member who has cancer and does not have much time too live. The ward's can get noisy and it's no good when there are sick patience . Do better the staff at Orange hospital or perhaps find another job.

Terrible experience. My father was taken to the hospital here because he passed out. In a few hours he was back to his regular self. But he was kept there at the hospital. The next day, the doctor and a social worker had a conversation with us. They said they would be putting Dad into palliative care and verified we were fine with that. They did not explain what the process of this would be and we said yes because all they said was he would "be looked after." Definitely not happy. My husband was in a hypertension crisis and they kept him waiting for 3 hours plus in waiting room. No check up no nothing. What were you waiting for.. him to actually have a heart attack?

Wait times are ridiculous. Children should be on the priority list. Went in with my daughter who had an infection had to wait around for 8 hours on a hard chair just to see a nurse who was told what the infection was, who then decided to run blood tests for other infections that weren’t present and didn’t do anything about the original infection we were there for.
