Wait times are ridiculous. Children should be on the priority list. Went in with my daughter who had an infection had to wait around for 8 hours on a hard chair just to see a nurse who was told what the infection was, who then decided to run blood tests for other infections that weren’t present and didn’t do anything about the original infection we were there for.
I am a 75 year old retiree and I am writing this review to suggest that the Hospital should look into improving (which I am sure that other patients would appreciate) the way your admissions procedure paperwork for the day surgery department is handled. Being the first point of call I expected a pleasant experience, which was far from that which also caused problems later in the day.
