How do people book? They won’t answer the phone. Called 3 times throughout the day and even left a voicemail. Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere!
I had a terrible experience at this salon. I was originally quoted $220 + $25 per bleach bowl, but the price suddenly inflated to nearly $1,000 without clear explanation. I requested a full blonde transformation, but the stylist only did the sides, left the back red, and forced an unwanted trim. Despite telling her my $350 budget, I was charged $450 after tip.
