Love Dr Bywaters and the staff!
The staff is always friendly and helpful and make me and my family very comfortable. We also love the Dr. We had an emergency and they were able to take care of and see my dog right away. We are so grateful to have this office in Orange Grove.
Why schedule appointments while the doctor is in surgery? I walked out to the front desk after waiting 35 minutes for my SCHEDULED appointment to see what was keeping the doctor. The vet assistant came out from the back office (where she was eating something that was microwaved & stunk up the office), held her hand up to her mouth to cover her food, and proceeded to tell me the doctor was in surgery. Visited the clinic for the first time today with our new puppy. We recently relocated from Corpus Christi, where we used Windsor Park Animal Hospital for 20+ years. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the same quality of service and care that we had become accustomed to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I'm sure we will be bringing our pets here for many years to come!

I'm so grateful that OG vet clinic came here. I'm beyond grateful for them. They are not only professional but very understanding and compassionate. The staff and Drs. are amazing at what they do. I trust and would recommend anyone that loves their fur baby to go to them.
We just moved from Galveston, TX and had our long time vet there, it was hard finding new vet in the new town. We found one that cares. Thank you Orange Grove Vet Clinic!!!
I totally recommend OGVC...for a first time pet owner, Dr. Bywaters listened to my concerns with empathy, checked Lacey throughly and reassured me I have a healthy little dog. Great Staff, friendly smiles and seemed to really enjoy their job.
