SANDRA the woman that calls to confirm appts is very rude and called me before 8am then hung up on me when I asked for her supervisor! Sandra needs a lesson in customer service! She asked if I had a referral, doesn't let me answer then assumes I don't and says, "Well if you don't have a referral then you have to cancel" I've had the damn referral for six months I have waited for this appt to be treated like that! You lost a customer because of her. 10/31/25
Went in for a injection, October 6, and as a result, ended brused, and at the site, ended up with a welt, still bruised.
Google map guided me here with no problems. The Mountain views are spectacular driving here and I never get tired of the beauty of Tucson. I’ve been here twice and both times the experience was smooth, professional and friendly.
Front desk ladys are rude and don't have a smile always mad . The back is even worst people suffer from pain and then to treat people awful..Need New front desk ladys asap or someone look into it
On the 17th of June I was a first time patient at this Cancer Center. Throughout my visit (from check-in through to labs) I received excellent care in a kind and gentle fashion. In addition, the entire front office staff, while extremely busy, were truly exceptional in handling all of my many needs in a diligent, warm, painstaking, and professional manner.
