Front desk ladys are rude and don't have a smile always mad . The back is even worst people suffer from pain and then to treat people awful..Need New front desk ladys asap or someone look into it
On the 17th of June I was a first time patient at this Cancer Center. Throughout my visit (from check-in through to labs) I received excellent care in a kind and gentle fashion. In addition, the entire front office staff, while extremely busy, were truly exceptional in handling all of my many needs in a diligent, warm, painstaking, and professional manner. It's ashame that Banner is so far behind in organizational skills and cannot schedule the patient to the right doctor, as this example is a Huge waste of time..If only the front desk couldstay focused on their work...
They are illiterate I was to get 3 consecutive treatments that is written in my order instead they only scheduled me for one treatment :(
