This was one of the most unprofessional rental experiences I’ve had. I applied for an apartment through Zillow and paid the application fee, then toured the unit the next day. I followed up multiple times expressing clear interest and asking for updates on simply whether or not the application was approved, and kept getting vague or delayed responses — if any at all.
