I contacted Orange Family Dental to discuss my insurance coverage and dental issues, subsequently scheduling an appointment for X-rays. I didn’t have good experience with them, I made an appointment for a tooth removal because I was in a lot of pain,and it turns out that they only made fill out all the paperwork that is required and took x-rays and sent me home with my pain without solving my problem for which I made the appointment , honestly what I saw is that they grab patients to get money but not because they want to help us with our health issues, I don’t recommend them, bad service.
I went in to get a new retainer after mine broke all of a sudden. I called the office and they were able to squeeze me in! They were one of the most well organized offices I had been to and were able to fit me into their schedule very fast. The office was super clean and the room was super clean, which made me feel better. A week later my retainer was done. I am very happy with the speed and efficiency they offered. My daughter goes here for her braces and we’ve always had very good experience. Staff are friendly and professional. The dentists are a pleasure to work with!
