These guys are Awesome! Not only do they have the skills to tackle the toughest jobs, and the Northstar engine from Cadillac is right up there.. but what impressed me the most about this OESC group is that they did not turn and dodge from a very difficult situation.. Arrive as a customer and leave as a friend. I wish I had found them years ago! I brought my truck in (check engine light on) and they looked it over and made ‘no pressure ‘ recommendations. They actually talked me out of things I wanted to get done because they didn’t think it was needed, costing them money and saving me money (and explained why)! What mechanic does that?? Only an honest one!
Highly recommend Orange Empire Service Center. I had to replace the shocks and struts on my 2014 Cadillac ATS but I had a warranty fro. the dealer back East and the reps worked tirelessly to offset half the cost with coverage. Customer for life!
