Absolutely first rate service. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the installation team led by Geoff. A “can do”attitude. Highly recommended.
I had a new goodwe solar system and battery installed by orange electrical at great expense. There is no doubt the workmanship is second to none. However, due to the inferior monitoring system they rely on (combined energy) my new system routinely goes offline line monthly for up to 5 days at a time which negates any cost benefits I had hoped to achieve. Leaving me with a big flash system that is absolutely useless. I have requested 4 times now over the last 4 months to replace the faulty monitoring system with no resolution... read more
Orange Electrical Works' installation of the Fujitsu ducted air conditioning system into my home, was done extremely efficiently, the staff were friendly, very knowledgeable and never hesitated to answer any questions that I may have had. I would never hesitate to recommend Orange Electrical Works. The Fujitsu product they recommended and installed meets all of my expectations. Very happy.

Got solor, battery and heat pump installed, some delays due to lack of supply so not a problem. Sales staff promise the world, after sales support is seriously lacking. We are having an issue with the system not functioning when no mains power and cannot get anyone to answer an email. Battery was an absolute waste of money since there is no available power during black out, pretty sure system was set up incorrectly but cannot get any answer from anyone at the company.
