RecommendedLiz is the best! I have now bought two different bikes from her one for my son and one for myself. She is so patient and professional. She keeps you informed when you’ve got a bike on order and really just makes you feel like this is the most important purchase that she’s helped anyone else with all day long!
I’m very disappointed with you, I’m from Brazil and in the last 8 years I bought bikes and other equipment with you, and more I recommend always form my friends your shop. Today I was selling my bike, when a surprisingly discovered that you sold me a woman bike stump jumper st alloy 29. I always trusted in you but I have a big problem. A size L woman bike to sell. I beleave it is unforgiven. I don’t know what to do, I’m in Brazil and I don’t beleave that.
I am beyond pleased with the service AND our new bikes. Even during a pandemic it was easy and safe to pick up our bikes, they were so organized and patient. From start to finish its been a breeze.. Jason and Liz were awesome!
Extremely professional and most knowledgeable! If you want a quality bicycle, and not one from Walmart, you pay for what you get. I have a 21 speed with disk brakes!!! Getting the helmet in the morning.

This USED to THE place to go. With a big emphasis on "USED" to be. Disinterested, distracted and employees void of experience makes this place the new punch line for a cyclist's bad joke.
Hire employees who aren't so quick to get away from you because you're a novice cyclist and require some help. Most pathetic experience ever.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The bike shop is recommended by all others in Orlando.
