I did this yesterday not knowing exactly what to expect. The staff was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. While it was cold in the chamber, it was not unbearable. When I got out, I felt absolutely amazing. Unbelievably alert and focused with a whole lot of energy. Am doing it again this week. Highly recommend to anyone. My girlfriend, who hates the cold, also did it and loved it!
So invigorating. So good for you. Wish I had one near me. And those facials... amazing!
