Called them to check a stoppage the guy was horrible . When I ask him to have his boss call me he ask me to call him tomorrow I didn't believe he called him he left not telling me he was going.. unprofessional. First time I have got bad service from Vidor water dept

I have always been happy with the service and knowledge of the people at the vidor water district. Sadly I had such a a terrible experience with a young man working there named Trevor S that I lost confidence in this place, he has a bad attitude and honestly will not be welcome to come back to our property! Will request somebody else and I recommend you do too
Great service today! Reported a water leak and it was repaired within a couple of hours.
Pay on line bc out town came home water off called was told Friday have wait till Monday before my water be turn back on. Company sent text saying there workings on problem and they get to soon as they open Monday. Wish I had a different way get water than this company they get Friday Thur Monday do nothing
