From the time I called and spoke to their answering service (they were already closed due to the upcoming holiday) and the service tech arriving at our door was about 30 minutes. He got us taken care of quickly.
Water has been increasing as of late and they don't have payment arrangement.
Called them to check a stoppage the guy was horrible . When I ask him to have his boss call me he ask me to call him tomorrow I didn't believe he called him he left not telling me he was going.. unprofessional. First time I have got bad service from Vidor water dept
Allen get's the job done and he shows up quickly! Great experience
I have always been happy with the service and knowledge of the people at the vidor water district. Sadly I had such a a terrible experience with a young man working there named Trevor S that I lost confidence in this place, he has a bad attitude and honestly will not be welcome to come back to our property! Will request somebody else and I recommend you do too
