Procedures are several times done almost 3 to 5 times. Never been perfect. Waiting time is too long. Check in is quick but patients waits 2 hours before the procedure is done. Fasting is requested the night before but the appointment is at 11:45AM. Does not make sense for too long fasting.
Most important, the staff from front office personnel to nurses are fantastic, courteous, friendly and helpful
