First time here was referred by friends of mine. I trusted them, sent in all documents that were requested. It is now going on 3 weeks and no response. No update, no courtesy email. No returned calls. I also went on the Nextdoor neighbor app and it appears some one else had the same concern. Very unprofessional to submit documents, very sensitive ones, and get no response. I left a voicemail, sent 3 follow up emails and nothing.
A wonderful honest person and excellent tax preparer. Always available and efficient. I recommend Mr. Frank Arreguing to prepare your taxes every year. I have been using his services for over 10 years.
