I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service of this company. We decided to use OC Shutters because of their pricing and their reviews. They came out, measured, and gave us a date. The time came to install and one of the window shutters didn't fit the measured window. The technician left the shutters to give us some privacy and told us that they would need to create a new shutter.
