I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service of this company. We decided to use OC Shutters because of their pricing and their reviews. They came out, measured, and gave us a date. The time came to install and one of the window shutters didn't fit the measured window. The technician left the shutters to give us some privacy and told us that they would need to create a new shutter. I am a repeat customer of Orange County Shutters. Satisfied with their options and work every time! They have everything you need for light filtering or room darkening for and every shaped window in or home. They never disappoint.
Update to my previous review. I have all but given up on this business. They installed shutters at my home that have cracks in the Louvers, the louvers can't open/close fully because they are installed too close to the window, and one panel the louvers counterbalanace each other, so one side closes, the other side opens. So frustrating. I spent months getting the runaround with them and now they are MIA. They never answer the phone and never return my calls.
