Absolutely terrible branch. No communication between corparate store. They will lock you out of your accounts.
Juan was very professional, friendly, and explained everything we needed to know. 10/10 would recommend my friends and family.
Easily the worst and most embarrassing customer service I've experienced, especially from the mortgage loan consultants. Staff have zero communication skills. I don't even leave reviews but the sheer lack of communication and accountability with staff had me ridiculously frustrated. Why does it take over a week to get a simple loan estimate despite me already providing a signed purchase contract?
