I’ve been a member of Orange County’s Credit Union for over 12 years, and unfortunately the level of service has steadily declined. Communication is inconsistent, follow-ups are promised but rarely delivered, and member concerns do not appear to be treated with urgency or importance. Most recently, I was told someone would reach out from their Digital DMX Team — and I never heard from anyone.
