Great Service! Great Credit Union!
Paperwork is my worse nightmare. I went into Orange County Credit Union to set up automatic payments, came out 45 minutes later with my car refinanced. The interest rate was half of what it was previously. I signed the papers right then. Tamara Ezmat at the Mission Viejo branch was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Going into the bank is the last thing I wanted to do after work but I am so glad I did. It was like having my own personal financial advisor.
I've banked here for 30 years and wouldn't bank anywhere else. Excellent customer service.

I like to take the time to recognize Tamara Ezmat. Every single time I have been there she receives me with a big smile and great positive attitude. There has been times where I have asked other personnel at the bank same questions(simple questions) and they can't seem to Know how to helpe me, but if I go to Tamara she always finds a way to get answers for me in a great manner.
