The are efficient and my appointment was accomplished quickly. The parking situation is awful. You have to create an account and they bill your card as you exit.
The office is efficient and Dr. Rathod is thorough and answers questions clearly.
After being checked in, Sat for 20 minutes in waiting room was given my eye tests and Photos and then sat for another 45 minutes in exam room waiting for the doctor. Was told he was late an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment I left and I had to reschedule.
