The online course was absolutely ridiculous. Many of the questions were relevant to real estate and on top of that, I recommend everyone stay the heck away from any courses from this provider. You'll save money by taking test elsewhere.

When a brokerage terminates an agent from a job is one thing, and it is totally acceptable. What is not acceptable is when an agent is terminated by their Broker when they have first deal already in escrow. This happened to my wife, Vijaya "Maddy". No explanation was given. Multiple attempts to find out why were ignored. If you choose to do business with this agency in any sort of way, beware because they lack ethics, transparency, and professionalism.
